Jamanté was born in 2020 in Polignano a Mare, but its roots run far deeper: it is the fruit of a dream nurtured by the Torres family, who back in 1990 opened their first venue in the heart of the historic centre, contributing with passion to the growth of the area's culinary culture and hospitality.
Before being a restaurant, Jamanté is a family story: hands that work with respect, care and dedication, blending an inherited tradition with a constant urge to innovate, because true luxury means offering quality without ever losing human warmth.
